What are Travel Dates?
Travel Start Date is when you want the insurance plan to begin, and Travel End Date is when you want the plan to end.

This is your country of permanent residence. Do not enter United States as the Country of Residence.

Who is eligible?
When you choose a plan from Global Travel Plus, you are covered by global emergency services whenever you travel more than 100 miles from home.
For J1 or J2 Visa Holders, Global Travel Plus provides supplemental coverage for Emergency Medical Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains that meets the US State Department’s requirement for J1/J2 visa holders.

Upon enrolling into the plan members can access a Letter of Coverage for proof of coverage for the J1 Visa Program.
