Coverage confirmation

After purchasing your coverage online, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Then, watch for a welcome packet to arrive via the mail within 10 days.

Your coverage ID card

Access your insurance ID card by logging into your Ameritas member account at www.ameritas.com.

Preventative care does not count toward maximum

Preventive services, such as exams, cleanings, and x-rays, are covered at 100% when performed in-network. Additionally, such care does not count toward your annual maximum, helping you save for more expensive procedures like fillings, crowns, or root canals.
